Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)

Commitment

The Village of Rantoul is dedicated to ensuring and protecting the rights of all persons in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) providing access to people of all abilities so they can participate equally in all Village initiatives, services, programs, and activities.

ADA Compliance

The Village ADA Team is responsible for the coordination of Village efforts to ensure compliance with the Act, and to investigate any complaint against the Village alleging noncompliance.

Transportation Plan

The Village of Rantoul Transportation and Safe Routes to School Plan serves as a resource for the Village Board, staff, public, and the development community regarding how transportation infrastructure and services should grow and improve, and how the transportation system in the Village will look like by the year 2040.
